The total monthly cost is: £345 + VAT

This breaks down as:

• Rent: £300 + VAT per month

• Service Charge: £45 + VAT per month

The service charge includes all utilities, high-speed WiFi, cleaning of communal areas, and waste disposal, providing a simple, all-inclusive cost for tenants.

• Tenants must hold valid Public Liability (PL) insurance — our team can advise if needed
