The studios are conveniently located a short walk from Elephant & Castle Underground, National Rail and Thameslink stations, providing excellent transport links across London and the South East.

Located within our "noisy & messy" arches, the space is particularly well suited to sculptors, fabricators, product designers, prop makers, set builders, electronics projects, hardware startups, robotics projects, and those developing prototypes or physical products.
Unlike many traditional offices and coworking spaces, Spare Street Studios offers flexible workspace where members can design, build, test, and develop ideas. Our community includes artists, designers, fabricators, makers, and creative businesses working across a wide range of disciplines. The total monthly cost is: £350 + VAT
This breaks down as:
Rent: £300 + VAT per month
Service Charge: £50 + VAT per month
