Prices quoted are for 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Additional charges apply for weekends and evenings, subject to availability. Multiple days and longer-term hires are available.
Located in the hall space of our St Johns Walworth building, our project space is available to hire by the day. The types of activities we can host include; meetings, workshops, talks, exhibitions, photo shoots, rehearsals (dance/theatre) and community events. The space is well-suited for classroom/teaching activities.
The space is approximately 900 sqft and was previously used as an assembly hall for the school. The capacity of this space is approximately 160 people standing, but this will depend on the type of activity you intend to use the space for. The space is equipped with a kitchenette, with tea and coffee-making facilities. The space has a projector, screen, desks and chairs. There are also easels, drawing boards and piano available. The space is also wheelchair accessible.
Prices quoted are for weekday working hours. Additional charges will be applicable for evenings and weekends. Film, TV, and location hires will be charged at commercial rates.
Discounts are available for block bookings, our own members, worthwhile causes, and those offering educational and community benefits.

All hirers will be required to sign our hire agreement, have their own public liability insurance, and pay a refundable damage deposit. For exhibitions, artwork needs to be hung in line with our hanging guidelines.
