Tier 3 & Christmas 2020 Update
From the 16th December 2020, London has been move into Tier 3 restrictions and we would like to up date you on what affect this might mean for our workspaces and cafe.
Our workspaces will be remain open and accessible as usual to our existing members. For new our staff will be conducting viewings until the 18th of December and then will be back in the New Year.
Christmas 2020
First and foremost, from all the team here at Hotel Elephant and Sidecar Coffee Bar, we would like to wish all our members, customers, friends and colleagues a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
We haven’t been able to do our usual Christmas get together this year, but after a year like no other, we hope you are able to have some time to rest and enjoy yourselves over the Christmas period.
Hotel Elephant staff will be conducting viewings until Friday 18th of December 2020, with workspace viewings and day passes available again from Monday 4th January 2021.
Sidecar Coffee Bar
Tier 3
Inline with Government requirements, our cafe at Spare Street, Sidecar Coffee Bar will be offering a takeaway only service from Wednesday 16th December as London has been moved into Tier 3. Sidecar will be available for click & collect and delivery via Uber Eats and Deliveroo as usual.

24th December - 27th December 2020 - Closed
28th - 30th December 2020 - Open 9am - 3pm
31st December 2020 & 1st January 2021 - Closed
2nd January Onwards - Open as usual
For Existing Members
We would like to reassure our members the all our workspace locations remain open and accessible. As a place or work we are not required shut whilst in Tier 3 and your workspaces remain open as usual. We understand that for many of our members continued access to their workspaces plays an essential role in their ability to work and run their businesses.
As we have moved into a higher level of alert, we would like to remind your all to continue to follow our Covid Secure Members Guides.
In particular, to please continue to practice good hand hygiene, to only bring visitors onto the premises if it is essential to the running of your business and to stay at home if you feel unwell.

For New Space Enquiries
Tier 3
We are open and our staff are able to help with your workspace enquiry.
We have studio, desk and office spaces available now on flexible monthly agreements. Plus, we have now introduced daily desk rental at just £20 + VAT per day, time share offices available to rent just 1 - 3 days per week or on a temporary basis from 1 day - 1 month.
We are able to continue to offer in person viewings or virtual viewings if you prefer. You will need to wear a mask during your viewing and we ask you to read the Covid guidelines we send through before your appointment.
Christmas 2020
We will continue to conduct viewings until the 18th December 2020 and with appointments available again from the 4th January 2021.
We will be open for desk space day passes again from the 4th January 2021
