It can often be a daunting decision for a small business to make the jump to hiring a space to work outside of the home. Therefore, we believe providing flexible options help you discover which of our spaces will work for you and your business.
The Space
Situated in Elephant and Castle (zone 1/2), Hotel Elephant desks are perfectly located close to the city, but without the hassle and crowds of an inner city office. We provide high-quality desk spaces on a monthly or daily basis. All our desks are supplied with high-speed wifi to meet your every need.
We offer excellent facilities which include a kitchen area with filtered, cold and boiling water, fridge space and crockery. We also have a great break-out area which can be utilised as a meeting space, or as a refreshing break from your work. Hotel Elephant also provides unlimited free tea and barista coffee to fuel your work day, in addition to a 10% discount on food from our Sidecar Cafe. We also provide free access to our events which can help inspire and grow your business.
Daily Desk Pass
Flexibility
A daily desk pass is the ultimate flexible office! You may enjoy working from home the majority of the time but you crave a change of environment now and again. A daily desk pass offers the benefits of having a separate work environment without having to commit to a space long-term. Open from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, our desks can accommodate your working hours.
Low Cost
Opting for a daily desk pass provides a low cost opportunity to work outside of the the home. Renting office space in London can often be a big financial undertaking; choosing a daily pass, you only pay for the days you use the desk. This means your money is saved on the days you don’t require a desk space.
Hotel Elephant’s daily desk passes are just £20 + VAT per day which can be booked as and when you need. If you’d like a desk space regularly one or two days a week, then we offer discounts when desk passes are purchases in sets of 5 (£95 + VAT) or 10 days (£180 + VAT).
Work Environment
Working from home as a small business can often feel isolating, and make it difficult to separate your home-life and your work-life. A flexible desk can be a refresher to your working environment without the commitment. In addition to your desk space, you will have access to our break out areas where you can have meetings or just have a change of scenery. Our spaces will give you the opportunity to meet and interact with other small business owners creating a sense of community. This facilitates a stimulation work environment for your work to flourish.

Working from home isn’t for everyone, you might therefore be more suited to our monthly dedicated desk space. These desks will be dedicated to you and your work. We provide secure storage and enough space for all your files and a computer. Choosing a dedicated desk means you can leave your work at work. Having a separate work environment can be beneficial in helping switch off at the end of the day, allowing you to be most productive when you need to be.
A Desk to meet your schedule
Our monthly desk members have full access to their space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have found this particularly advantageous for freelancers with project deadlines, which give you the flexibility to use the space as and when you need it. Offers start with one month contracts (starting at £300 + VAT), which provides you with a devoted space without being tied down in lengthy contracts.
