Rosalind Davis will be our guest speaker, who will be sharing her knowledge on ‘Raising your profile, Social Media and PR’.

About Rosalind:
Rosalind Davis is an artist-curator and a graduate of The Royal College of Art (2005) and Chelsea College of Art (2003) and has exhibited nationally and internationally in a wide range of galleries. Her work is in a number of private and public collections.
Davis has an expertise in the arts and creative sectors, managing and developing artist led arts organisations and events; Zeitgeist Arts Projects (ZAP) and Core Gallery 2009-11, based in London. Through these she co-delivers and directs an innovative and dynamic artist’s educational, membership and exhibition programme, building strategic partnerships and audiences across the country. Davis has curated a number of exhibitions, most recently with ZAP in 2015 at Standpoint Gallery and is co-curating an exhibition at Collyer Bristow Gallery London opening March 2016.
As a creative consultant Davis has worked for arts organisations, charities and independants as well as corporations such as BBC4 and E4. Davis lectures for universities, galleries and art organisations across the country including the Royal College of Art, the ICA, Camden Arts Centre. University of the Arts and ArtQuest and teaches creative workshops across the country and short courses in social media marketing and arts management at UAL.
Davis has also led art tours for the ICA ( London and Boston) , South London Art Map and the Whitechapel Gallery and contributed to BBC4’s Film ‘Tales of Winter. The Art of Snow and Ice.’ As a writer she has contributed to the Guardian, a-n Magazine, Artlicks and ZAP have recently been commissioned by Octopus Books to write a book called: What they didn’t teach you at art school’ which will be internationally distributed.
